365news gathered that Brigadier-General Mohammed Fadah has been removed as the director general of the National Youth Service Corps, and Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retired) has authorized his immediate replacement.
Following his appointment as the NYSC director in May 2022, Fadah was fired six months later.
In response to a request for comment, Eddy Megwa, the NYSC spokesman, advised our correspondent to hold off till Friday in order to release an official statement.
