The management of EUC Homes has raised the bar as it has increased Commission structure of consultants and realtors to 30%
The Chairman of the EUC Homes, Hon Chief Uche Ben Odunzeh has directed the Director of operations, Hon. Muyiwa Victor Adeyemo to liaise with the consultants for the immediate takeoff of the new development.
The 30% commission structure announcement is in reflection of the current economic situation in the country with emerging market realities at the dawn of everyday and EUC Homes being centric and human driven opted for this option so as to fully accommodate the predicaments of the populace.
We therefore encourage consultants to take opportunity of this new development. It is imperative also to announce that other mouth watering incentives accompanies this 30% commission structure. specifically, the 30% commission structure is for land sales whereas 10% is for house sales
EUC homes been the pioneer in real estate network marketing and the then 15% commission in real estate which has always taken the lead in appreciating and inspiring realtors.
