Etim reflected on how he has evolved in handling challenging situations over the years.
He emphasised the importance of boundaries and self-awareness in addressing his “saviour complex.”
Toyosi asked: “What measures do you have in place to protect yourself from the chaos and unpredictability?”
Etim explained: “The simple answer to the question is I have measures in place, and I have always had measures in place. I guess the toolbox is getting better as I grow.
“I’ve learned to have boundaries in place and how to deal with my saviour complex. I cannot be there to save everyone who needs help; I cannot be their emotional support, the love of their lives, and their saviour. As I grow older, I have been able to handle this.”
