365NEWS gathered that Renowned Islamic scholar and preacher, Sheikh Muhydeen Ajani Bello, passed away on Friday at the age of 84.
The cleric’s death was announced on Facebook by Ibadan-based cleric Sheikh Akewugbagold Taofeek.
According to Akewugbagold, the revered preacher returned to his Creator on Friday, and he prayed that God would be pleased with his soul.

Birth and Early Life
Sheikh Muhydeen Ajani Bello was born in 1940 into the family of Alhaji Bello Ajani and Alhaja Ubaidat Bello of Arolu Compound, Ita Olukoyi, Ibadan.
Education
He completed his elementary and secondary education at I.D.C. School, Elekuro, Ibadan.
Islamic Education
Between 1963 and 1967, he attended Mahdul Arabiy, Elekuro, where he gained proficiency in Arabic and Islamic studies.
Beginning of Islamic Scholarship
From the age of 10, Sheikh Muhydeen Ajani Bello developed a passion for Islamic propagation and began preaching across various parts of Ibadan.
Role with Ansar-Ud-Deen Missionary
