365news gathered that Joshua Iniyezo, well known by his stage name Solidstar, is a prominent Nigerian singer who has admitted that severe drug use nearly cost him his life.
The singer of “Omotena,” who shared his story on Instagram, said he almost died as a result of using ice, drugs, and cigarettes.
Further cautioning his followers against drug use, Solidstar noted that people who find it difficult to completely abstain from drug use could transition to solely smoking Indian hemp (Igbo).
He wrote;
“I ALMOST LOST MY LIFE BECAUSE OF ICE, PILLS, AND CIGARETTE #STOPDRUGS.
“IF YOU CAN’T STOP THEM ALL, SMOKE IGBO.”
