365news gathered that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, has named Kebbi State Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu to lead the campaign council’s agricultural development committee.
According to a press release from his media assistant, Alhaji Yahaya Sarki, the presidential candidate made the announcement at a town hall gathering with farmers in Minna, Niger State.
According to Sarki, the committee headed by Governor Bagudu was tasked with creating a plan for agricultural development for the nation’s future.
It did, however, make note that the committee’s chairman was also expected to applaud the sectoral leadership of all the farmers in the nation.
However, Tinubu lauded the governor’s numerous contributions to the improvement of food security in Kebbi and the country as a whole.
