365NEWS reports that hundreds of youths in Ibadan, Oyo state on Saturday staged a solidarity rally in support of the Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, ahead of the 2023 general elections.
Young men and women doning white polo shirts with Obi’s picture and inscription of his party started shutting down most roads in Ibadan by gathering at Iwo road at around 9:0am, from where they moved to other parts of the roads in the town.
The group held banners with several inscriptions supporting Obi and marched peacefully along major roads in Ibadan to kick off the “Ibadan One Million March for Peter Obi” which was scheduled to hold today.
Recall that similar march has been going on across the country and has taken place in other Nigerian cities like Port Harcourt, Abuja, Benin, Onitsha, Owerri among others.
